Steps to set up ATT email account with settings
- Open the tools menu and click the “account settings” in Microsoft Outlook, to begin with.
- From there, click on the “new” option that is just under the email tab.
- Now, choose the POP3 as your account type and click on next.
- Next, check the box that says “manually configure server settings or additional server types” and hit next to proceed further.
- In the next window, select the “internet email” option and click next again.
- Now, set up the sub-account by entering your email address and your mail password of your AT&T email account.
- Next, enter the incoming and outgoing server details. Then direct yourself to the “more settings” option.
- Once you have entered all of the settings correctly, click on the test account settings and if everything is in place, click on finish to complete the setup.
